Olufemi Babalola, a lawyer, with particular interest in commercial law, has established himself as a note-worthy international lawyer. Olufemi has advised on several multi-million dollar projects, which include Nigeria’s rural telecom programme, Britain’s privatisation of London Electricity Board, etc.
He is known to have an entrepreneurial edge to his practice. He has successfully negotiated project finance for high value projects. He was the project legal adviser for the construction of Nigeria’s Maritime Resource Centre, a multi-million dollar project, serving Nigeria and West Africa.
